Sander / Painter

We’re looking for a talented person with guitar/bass manufacturing experience in body/neck sanding, painting or both for a mixed-task position. The sanding work is primarily body post-CNC contours and detail sanding. The painting work is primarily undercoat and clear coat, at least for the near term. With either area of work, we’d like to leverage your present skills and give you opportunity to add new ones.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Wood Shop - contours and detail sanding
  • Paint Shop – undercoat and clear coat

Ideal experience:

  • moderate to advanced sanding technique
  • moderate to advanced painting technique
  • solid understanding of measurement techniques (e.g. dial calipers)
  • moderate to advanced musicianship
  • passion for guitars and basses

Final Assembly Builder

Responsibilities include:

  • Neck fitment to body
  • Install/solder pickups, controls, jacks
  • Set-up and tune/test

Experience required:

  • worked with bolt-on construction instruments
  • moderate to advanced soldering technique
  • working knowledge of basic electronic circuits
  • solid understanding of set-up technique
  • moderate to advanced musicianship
  • passion for guitars and basses

Demo Contractor

Looking for a skilled guitarist, bassist (or both) with great chops, recording and video editing skills to create demos. It's not enough to have good chops and an iPhone; you've got to have good equipment, know how to mike a cab well and deliver a quality audio track. Must be intimately familiar with our brand and current models.
